PROTEST THE RACIST AND PRO-GENTRIFICATION BLOG DITMAS PARK BLOG
When: November 29th @ 3pm
Where: In front of Purple Yam restaurant in Cortelyou (It is the favorite restaurant of DITMASPARKBLOG.COM and their evil gentrification friends)
Why: We will be protesting outside of this restaurant to send a message that African-Americans and other minorities in this neighborhood will not be ignored or pushed out.

Finally someone is speaking out against these people. I live on Argyle a few houses down from the writers of Ditmas Park Blog and they are horrendous. They are constantly trying to organize neighborhood get togethers which are quite annoying. Instead of getting in everyone else's business how about they clean up their front yard and paint there house.
ReplyDeleteI would also like to mention that they have blocked every attempt at letting a group home into the neighborhood for women of domestic violence.
Liena is a special kind of awful. I have too many hateful words to describe her.

ReplyDeleteDon't you find it ever so slightly ironic that you're protesting in front of a business owned by a minority couple who lives in our neighborhood? I mean really, this is couple that chose to locate their business specifically in our area because of the diversity of its population. I'd think that you'd want to help them succeed so that you'd encourage further diversity in both the businesses that are available to local residents and diversity in the local population in general.
