- Mr. Smith has said that "based on her IP address this is the same young disturbed woman in Manhattan." This is 100% false. There are only two IP addresses. One is at my husband's office in Manhattan and Mr. Smith will have to show which IP address he has. The second one is my home one in Brooklyn. If this wasn't so shameful I would be flattered that Mr. Smith considers a woman over 55 "young."
- Slandering me as "disturbed and using a dozen alias' to harass other bloggers." Mr. Smith has never provided proof of this. It is again 100% false.
- Mrs. Z-Smith sends an email disparaging African-Americans. This will be presented in court.

ReplyDeleteNo_slappz,
ReplyDeleteThe fact that Ditmas Park Blog has not banned you says everything one needs to know about them. And they claim they are not racist.
All these "local blogs" are just ways for people to try to drive up the value of their homes by making their area look pretty and gentrified. I like yours, though. Keep it going!
ReplyDeleteYesterday was the day Eloise's imaginary lawsuit was NOT filed in the NY court system.
ReplyDeleteNevertheless, Eloise is likely to provide regular recaps and summaries of her imaginary legal action.
What is the basis of her imaginary complaint? According to these posts, she claims she was libeled. However, previous rulings have shown the court rejects claims made by anonymous posters who assert they were defamed.
Known Facts in this Imaginary Case:
ReplyDeleteNo lawsuit has been filed by Eloise.
Ask Mr. Smith.
ReplyDeleteThe process server said he was angry and didn't say anything else but just snatched the papers.
I will be quiet on the advice of my attorney for now.
Another day passes and still no electronic filing of the lawsuit.
ReplyDeleteIn other words, this case is scheduled for adjudication in only one court: the courtroom of the mind of Eloise.
